How sponsorship works
- Please contact us if you are interested in larger sponsorship opportunities. Individual arrangements may be made for in-kind donations.
- Sponsors coordinate with a Buying Club volunteer to provide high-resolution artwork suitable for printing, for display at the new location.
- An open house date will be announced to sponsors as soon as it is determined.
- Advertisement signage will be displayed as soon as possible once the club has completed the move to the new location. Your sponsorship begins when signage is displayed and continues for one year from that date, at which point you'll have the option to renew.
- The Buying Club administration team reserves the right to approve or deny any sponsorship at their discretion. All logos, designs, and literature must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment and shall not be inconsistent with the values of the Buying Club.
